Welcome to Maison Mama ("Service"), provided by Planiit Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 15476338, with its registered office at Suite Flux Studios, 12 Old Railway Close, Lechlade, GL7 3FR.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Maison Mama services, including our website at maisonmama.planiit.io (the "Site") and any in-person events, meet-ups, or activities organised under the Maison Mama brand. By accessing or using the Service, attending our events, or purchasing tickets to our events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service or attend our events.

We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on the Site or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service or attendance at our events following the posting of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our Role:
Maison Mama is a community dedicated to helping mothers rediscover their individuality, pursue their passions, and build meaningful connections through in-person events and online content. Maison Mama operates as a brand under Planiit Ltd.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Maison Mama website or digital services.
• "Attendee" means any person who registers for, purchases a ticket to, or attends a Maison Mama event.
• "Event" means any in-person gathering, workshop, social meet-up, or activity organised by Maison Mama.
• "Ticket" means the digital or physical proof of purchase that grants entrance to a Maison Mama event.
• "Ticket Tailor" means the third-party ticketing platform used to process ticket sales for Maison Mama events.
• "Content" means any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials that we make available through the Service or that Users submit, post, display, or otherwise make available through the Service.

3. Eligibility and Account Creation

3.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, purchase tickets to events, or attend events unless specifically indicated as family-friendly or all-ages events. By using the Service or attending our events, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.2. Account Information: Certain features may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in suspension or termination of your account and may prevent you from attending events.

3.3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or a security breach.

4. Event Registration and Ticketing

4.1. Ticket Purchases: All ticket purchases for Maison Mama events are processed through Ticket Tailor, a third-party ticketing platform. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Ticket Tailor's Terms and Conditions, which can be found at https://www.tickettailor.com/legal/terms-and-conditions.

4.2. Accurate Information: When registering for events, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to verify your identity at events and may deny entry if the information provided does not match.

4.3. Ticket Confirmation: Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. It is your responsibility to ensure you receive this confirmation and to bring your ticket (digital or printed) to the event.

4.4. Cancellations and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy for tickets follows Ticket Tailor's standard terms. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Maison Mama. In the case of event cancellation by Maison Mama, we will issue refunds through the Ticket Tailor platform. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to offer transfers to alternative events or partial refunds in certain circumstances.

4.5. Event Changes: Maison Mama reserves the right to make changes to event details including but not limited to date, time, venue, content, and featured speakers or activities. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any significant changes. If a major change occurs (such as date or venue), we may, at our discretion, offer refunds to those who can no longer attend.

4.6. Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferable to another person at our discretion. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to request a transfer.

5. Event Attendance and Conduct

5.1. Admission Policy: Admission to events is subject to presentation of a valid ticket and may be refused if tickets cannot be validated or if the attendee fails to comply with these Terms or venue rules. Maison Mama reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from an event at its sole discretion.

5.2. Community Guidelines: All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future events.

5.3. Personal Property: Maison Mama is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at our events. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times.

5.4. Health and Safety: Attendees must comply with all health and safety instructions provided by Maison Mama staff or venue personnel. This may include adherence to public health measures or emergency procedures.

5.5. Children at Events: Unless explicitly stated as a family-friendly or all-ages event, Maison Mama events are designed for adults. If children are permitted at specific events, they must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times, and the parent or guardian takes full responsibility for their safety and conduct.

6. Photography and Content

6.1. Photography at Events: By attending Maison Mama events, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken by Maison Mama or its authorised representatives. These images may include your likeness and may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

6.2. Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded at an event, please notify our staff upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, although in crowded settings we cannot guarantee that your image will not be captured incidentally.

6.3. Attendee Photography: Attendees may take photographs or recordings for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated at specific events. Any commercial use of such content is prohibited without prior written permission from Maison Mama.

6.4. Content Shared at Events: Information, materials, and presentations shared at Maison Mama events are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without express written permission from Maison Mama or the applicable rights holder.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Mama and Planiit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your attendance at our events or use of our Service, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage occurring at events
• Actions or omissions of other attendees
• Cancellation or changes to events
• Content or advice provided at events
• Loss of business or personal opportunities

7.2. Disclaimers: Maison Mama events and content are provided for informational and community purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from attending our events. Attendees are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on information received.

7.3. Force Majeure: Maison Mama will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7.4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison Mama, Planiit Ltd, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your attendance at events, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of the Maison Mama Service and attendance at our events is subject to the Planiit Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 8.2. Event-Specific Data: For in-person events, we collect additional information such as attendance records, dietary requirements (where applicable), and potentially photographs or recordings as described in Section 6. This information is processed for the purposes of event management, community building, and promotional activities.

8.3. Third-Party Processing: By purchasing tickets through Ticket Tailor, your personal and payment information will be processed according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your full payment details.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Ownership: The Maison Mama name, logo, website, content, and event materials are owned by Planiit Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without our prior written consent.

9.2. Limited Licence: We grant attendees a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials provided at events for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9.3. User Content: If you share content, feedback, or ideas with us or at our events, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, modify, and distribute such content for the purposes of improving our Service and community.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Service or attendance at our events shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage users to contact us first with any concerns before pursuing formal legal action.
